PREPARATION:

Keep frozen until ready to use. Bulk Bags will temper to 32°F in approximately 48 hours when stored at 40°F and can be used in recipes or patties at this temperature. Cook in a skillet or pan on medium to medium high heat until product reaches an internal temperature of 160°F with a meat thermometer. To ensure even cooking stir / break apart during cooking. Always cook ground beef products to an internal temperature of 160°F.
