State Fair Pork Loin Sandwich
Step right up and take a visit to the state fair without leaving your kitchen by preparing this blue-ribbon breaded pork loin sandwich with all the fixings.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pour enough oil in a large frying pan to cover the bottom, about 1/4 inch deep. Heat the oil to 350 degrees F.
- Lay breaded loin in hot oil and fry until the edges turn golden brown (approximately 2 minutes). Turn the breaded loin over and fry for an additional 2 minutes.
- Pick up the breaded loin with a metal spatula, drain excess oil, and place it on a paper towel to drain.
- Spread mayonnaise generously on the top and bottom buns.
- Place breaded loin on bottom bun and top it with pickles and onions.
- Place on top bun and secure it with a sandwich toothpick.
