Country Style Steak and Eggs with Grilled Tomatoes
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat a cast iron pan with olive oil.
- Place frozen steak in pan, and cook on one side for approximately 5-7 minutes, flip the steak and cook and additional 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from pan and let rest for another 5 minutes.
- Season steak with salt and pepper and set aside.
- Cook eggs and tomatoes seasoned with salt and pepper in a cast iron pan and set aside.
- Place steak, eggs, and tomatoes on a plate sprinkled with fresh thyme.
- Enjoy!
